Every year the PTA holds a National contest for kids to explore the arts and express themselves.
“Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 students are encouraged to submit original works of art in one or more of the following categories: Dance Choreography, Music Composition, Film Production, Literature, Photography, and Visual Arts.”
The 2022-2023 Reflections theme this year is Show Your Voice!
The deadline for entries is November 11, 2022, but according to the website “Registration is open until February 1, 2023, which helps National PTA show the reach and impact of the program.”
Last year they received over “900 student entries from 47 state PTA congresses and off those submissions, they award over 200 student artists on the national level.”
